This gentle form of yoga is practiced sitting on a chair, or possibly standing using a chair for support. Chair yoga is a wonderful practice for folks over 60, as it deepens flexibility and strengthens personal body awareness.
Using a chair reduces strain on limbs and joints. This practice promotes stability and flexibility of the body, self-awareness and clarity at the level of the mind, a sense of calm and overall wellness.
*Please note if class attendance is less than 2 Yogis, class will be cancelled. This class has minimum 2 Yogis, and a maximum of 6 Yogis.
* If you have signed up for class and do not attend or cancel same day as class, there will be a no show fee of $8.
